Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Free shipping on orders over S$50. For orders under S$50, the shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping. Some international destinations may take longer due to customs processing - your tracking link will always show the latest status. We ship worldwide; if your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll try to help.

 

TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.

 

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email fooandchoo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number - we'll send a replacement or refund you.
