30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must come back in the same condition you received it, with all parts and its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at fooandchoo@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as items returned without a request cannot be accepted.

Return postage is arranged and paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service, because we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email fooandchoo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. In these cases we cover return postage and will send a replacement or a full refund.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on personal care items that have been used beyond a reasonable trial. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in addition to the rights above. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, email fooandchoo@gmail.com.
